I’ve been doing sports all my life because I knew that physical activity was key to having a good and healthy life.
I was very into soccer and volleyball until I discovered CrossFit which changed my life. Being the most physically and mentally challenging sport, I felt in love it immediately. I love that CrossFit develops community and pushes people to be better everyday and achieve their personal goals.
As a CrossFit coach I love meeting new people and helping them become healthier and happier versions of themselves.
