Brief info

Sports and physical activity have always been very important for me, having experienced different disciplines at various stages of my life.

I started training CrossFit as a way to stay active and in physical condition, not knowing it would become an essential part of my life and become my greatest passion.

CrossFit to me is about strength and ability, both physically and mentally, and it is precisely the latter what I love the most about this beautiful sport, knowing that our mind has so much power over our physical capacity and that it can lead us to achieve what at some point seemed impossible.
