Open Gym

We offer typical CrossFit classes with a daily Workout of the Day (WOD) that is constantly varied functional movement done at high intensity. As with all CrossFit classes we use a combination of gymnastics movements (ie. push ups, squats, sit-ups, pull ups), metabolic conditioning (ie. running, rowing, bike riding), and weightlifting (ie. deadlifts, cleans, presses, kettlebell swings). All of our classes at our gym are designed so anyone can participate effectively in the workout- we are inclusive in all that we do. Besides these regular classes we also deliver one-on-one or small group training, along with an introductory course for someone new to CrossFit. Outside of class times, we offer open gym which is for the more established athlete who wants to do their own WOD, and the box is available for group bookings.
Currently, most times accept Open Gym in addition to the regularly scheduled classes.
