Those experienced with CrossFit are free to join us for any one of our classes or come and train in the open gym. We do not have a pre-registration system at this time because we are new and it has not been necessary, so we look forward to just welcoming you on site. Speak to us or contact us through email, Instagram, or Facebook if you would like access to the gym outside of posted hours because we may be able to accommodate you.
We have a number of different ways you can train with us. If you are new to CrossFit, you need to contact us to register for our introductory classes. The 3 one hour introductory classes introduce you to some of the foundational movements and terminology used in CrossFit as well as take you through a short workout of the day (WOD) as happens in a regular class.
Once you have completed this class you are free to participate in any of the classes we offer throughout the week. The introductory class will either be scheduled as a one-on-one or as a small group session depending on demand and availability. Experienced CrossFitters can join any of our classes or attend open gym sessions immediately.
